- skillsfill.com reserves the right to modify terms and disclaimers without prior notice.
- Prime Member Service package purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Membership and Cancellation Policy Summary:
- Subscription and Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Membership is for personal use only; sharing or transferring is not permitted.
- Services can be rescheduled within 24 hours of purchase with email confirmation.
- No refunds for cancellations or rescheduling after 24 hours unless service was not provided.

- Notify us within 7 days in case of multiple payments; refunds processed within 7 to 15 days.
- Unauthorized transactions may lead to service suspension or termination.
- No refunds for failure to communicate or perform necessary actions from the customer's side.
- Cancellation by skillsfill.com due to terms breach will take effect immediately.

- Sundays and bank holidays are not working days.

- Defamation of Skillsfill on public platforms will result in immediate account blocking and possible legal action.
- Refunds are not available; taxes paid are non-refundable.

- Disputes are resolved in New Delhi under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
- All legal matters fall under District Court, New Delhi jurisdiction.
